You are probably talking about the jIRC Chat. I'm not sure where Gamecop put that thing, but we had one working somewhere. I'll probably add one to my website as an external link going to the #1emu Chan. I'll probably do two for one for the EFnet one and the GS one.

 

And for newer people Info:

 

EFnet Chan: Official chan with more emulation people and such.

 

GS Chan: Unofficial Chan with more people from 1emu and usually more active.

 

and Yes I know, I idled in both of them but EFnet is a annoyance to connect to.
