does anybody know how to make a adress to tk?

Go to http://www.dot.tk/

 

then on the main page type the address you want into the "find a domain name now!" search box.

 

If it's available then it will take you through a simple sign up process. You just put in the words that will be in your meta tags, A general description of what your site is about and the current website address. Easy and free, can't beat that heh.
