OS on Dreamcast

Can I load WindowsCE on the Dreamcast? And I downloaded

Linux DC but it's only command-line. Is there a graphical enviroment for LinuxDC? Or are there other OS for DC?

According to this there is no GUI.

ive heard of/seen some pictures (that could have been fake though) where someone had KDE running on a Dreamcast. (Its a GUI for Linux) and I think windowmaker.

 

never tried it though. Sorry.
