Compared to Quake 3, the gameplay looks really fast...my kind of fps..

Maybe thats because this MP is based on Quake 3.

It might based on Quake 3 but its using the Doom 3 engine...and the last time I checked Doom 3 MP is slow as flock...

Just because Doom 3's is slow doesn't mean Quake IV's will be. Quake IV DM is pretty much Quake 3 with a few weapon tweaks. Unfortunately the rockets seem to move slower in this. Either way, Quake III deathmatch rules so Quake IV's will be great too.

Slower rockets? Hmm might have to add more strategy to gameplay then. I really can't wait for the game to come out.

I dunno about the rocket jumping, but generades into portals & jump pads = too good...

Rocket jumping has to be there otherwise it's not Quake. They wouldn't be stupid enough to remove such a vital feature because the fans would revolt and tear down the id and Raven headquarters. I'm waiting for Rocket Arena Q4!

All quakers know about Rocket Jump and that it owns all over other jumps.

I've never been good at Rocket Jumping. maybe it's time to grab myself Quake III Arena and UT2004...

I hope plasma climbing is going to be easier in this game, in Quake 3 you had to point your gun in a precise angle just to get it to work.
