Agozer
Wild ARMs 2 incorporates a form of copy protection that has to be bypassed for the game to work properly. Some images are prepatched, so the game will work no matter what, but some other are not. You can remove the *possible* protection by finding a PPF patch for the game. Google, those shouldn't be too hard to find. Now, I'm not sure if the protection is your problem, since I've heard that some people managed to play the game up to a certain point before it froze thanks to the protection. Have you mounted the image with DT? What plugins do you use?

Agozer
I don't recommend using ePSXe's Run ISO feature. While it does work perfectly when using some images, it's still buggy for some others. that's why you should always mount your images with Daemon Tools or some other virtual drive software.
