Yeah, I heard the winds in that thing have gotten up to 140 mph.

 

Looks like Dr. Klaw needs the Worst Case Scenario Survival Handbook.

The winds are up to 175 now.

 

According to this there is a mandatory evacuation for my parish...we were unaware of such a thing. In any case, we aren't going anywhere.

Update: Latest National Hurricane Center reports show a slight shift to the west for the path.

 

crap. That is what I was afraid of. Now we might actually get hurricane force winds.
