weird prob with task manager

well i noticed this just the other day as a game got stuck and it comes up fine but no tabs and such

any ideas how to fix this?

EDIT: nevermind, i found hwo to fix it; just double-click on the border and its back to normal

i just did the "mess" to be on the safe side, been hacked before so better safe then sorry hehe

actually thats all the processes from when i startup windows believe it or not.

since someone borught it up, how many processes of svc host should be running? currently i see seven running.
