Street Fighter Alpha 3 PSP site opens

 

The official Japanese Web site for Capcom's upcoming PSP edition of Street Fighter Zero 3 (Street Fighter Alpha 3 to North American audiences) is live, and it gives fans a peek at least one new addition to the series. The site is pretty bare bones at the moment, offering little more than a handful of screenshots on a splash page, but one of those screenshots reveals the inclusion of Capcom Fighting Evolution's Ingrid in the game. The game also includes Yun, Maki, and Eagle, characters that were added for the GameBoy Advance version of the game. Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper (working title) is slated for a November release in North America.

I have mixed feelings towards this. This is oibviously milking SF right.. but I'm trying to think of the of the handful of games I'd actually want on my PSP..

 

And SFA3 would definately be up there. So I can either get this or wait till an emu for cps2 works on psp2.0. Thats coming so maybe I wont bother with Upper Upper actually :S

 

Also though I hear the Dpad is so horrendous that it isnt as fun to play this type of thing on the PSP anyway.

They better enable the analog stick for control. I am so used to playing KOF using the analog on PSP. I could never ever use the DPad to execute the 360 moves

the PSP Analog= Gives Cramps in thumb. I played Dead to Rights, and I was hatin' it. But isn't fair, gettin' Street Fighter Alpha 3 I hope someday that gets the PS2 or PS3 release.

saturn version over dreamcast's? i don't think so hehe dc's offers more and you don't need a stinkin' ram cart

 

the only shame about it was if you don't got a controller adapter to use a saturn controller.

Rather than waiting for a CPS2 emu to come out on PSP, I would get this game mainly:

 

1. THis will have Fei Long, Cammy, T Hawk, DeeJay, Yun,

Maki, Eagle and Ingrid.

2. You will have various modes to play.

 

THey still better come out with analog control enabled. I hurt my thumbs playing VS Too rigid

well darkstalkers on psp supports analog so I'm sure sfa3 will too.

I really didn't find any problems with the d-pad though.

this game needs to come out soon or I'll be selling my psp. there just isn't anything I am into right now.......

even the emulators got boring.
