On the news just now it showed New Orleans flooded again because a makeshift levee broke. They said that they expect a years rain to fall in a day. Rita came ashore on the Texas/Louisiana border in the middle of oil refining country.

A few levees broke not too far from here actually. But they are bayou levees so they're not a big deal. We're just getting more rain right now, nothing special.

i feel srry for those people and our government is soo screwed up for real...

Rita victims should have better luck than Katrina victims though, because the government has learned from past mistakes.
