I have an idea. Not all of us are very happy opening our DS or mucking on with it to support WifiMe/PassMe/FlashMe.

 

Perhaps you should release the first few apps on pre-prepared flash carts? Sell them then over eBay or something.

 

You should try to beat Nintendo, who are releasing WiFi games in a month or so.

 

Oh, one other question... I have a GBA Movie Player, could I use that to use it on?

Selling DS content without approbation from the big N is the best way to see several attorney letters to be sent to ISP and webmasters to force them to close their websites.

 

You have to understand that Nintendo is already aware of what we are doing but they are letting doing our little business because of one thing: we are not taking away their profits.

 

This is one of the reason why Sony is so agressive - they are developing their own new applications and they don't want any other stuff on their PSP.

 

So don't forget the rule: don't touch their profits or you're screwed.

Okay, that's cool. There's load of GBA MP users out here, and that will make us happy...

It's arguable if they let us do our business. Especially considering how the Red and iQue DS firmware block out PassMe. At least they aren't issuing C&D orders.
