Things are well, going.

The bit bug is done with, but lwIP continues to cause no end to pain. My next news post will probably be about dumping lwIP, but not before I have time to work on it again (need another day or maybe 2 to finish a different project)

So, progress is being made... will take just a bit longer yet.

@sgstair If you are able to send raw 802.11 traffic but are having problems with the TCP/IP why not release what you have on sending raw 802.11 traffic. You said you intend to use a BSD like license for the final release, releasing part of it now under a BSD licenses doesn't ultimately change anything except help spread knowledge faster.

Ya, but then he wouldn't get the bounty. He is putting a lot of hard work into this and ya, ultimately it's for the community, but it's nice to get rewarded for hard work. Pretty much everyone else already gave up on it. So if it weren't for sgstair, there wouldn't be anything close to what he is gonna release for a while. So if it takes him a bit longer cause he is doing it by himself, no big deal, without him the wait would be longer.

He 'd get half the bounty.

Because he's figured the registers.

However someone who has experience with TCP/IP stacks could possibly write one faster and steal some of his money.

Sgstair deserves every cent, pence or whatever the currency is.

Software nearly always works better when done entirely by one team or person.
