Help with KOF2003 "single P" ROMset

LOL I've just checked the dat you posted works with nebula 2.25! Anyway long ago i had same problem. I was using dat i've found on some forum (maybe it was this one ) and i had the same problems with controls. Later i've found what the problem was. The dat didn't have this part :

So check your dat in romdata folder or make a new one with romdata maker

Well, the thing is... i tried removing the [system] part already but still controls doesn't seem to work.

 

I tried switching to Console mode and still no luck with the controls.

 

My head's starting to ache...

Have you actually bothered to look in Nebula's Input config to see if the keys are correct? Just look there after loading KOF2003. Please.

Sounds like an issue with the emulator not the rom.

Try a clean install.

Actually, I had the same problem with the controls not working in nebula just now, after I deleted some EEPROM files. I just needed to configure the inputs for Player 1 again, and after that, everything was back to normal.

Okay i made it work finally. Tried reinstalling Nebula 2.25 and now everything runs fine. Now i don't know what the heck happened back there... but it seems i was slowly having control problems with my SNK games. It started with KOF2K3, then Garou, then just about now Metal Slug 3. That's about the time i decided to reinstall.

 

Now the games work without control problems. Really, i don't know what happened why it eats my SNK controls while i got everything configured properly.
