Need help pc iso

I know this is an emulation forum but i dont know who else to ask to be honest.

 

I got quake 3 from kazza, it all works the trouble is when i go to actually play a game it says "insert CD" YES/NO.

 

I know nothing asbout burning an iso or a rip and im not sure if i have a rip or an iso.

 

However i have pictures of what i can see, so if anyone would like to email me to help me out and take a look at what i have please do as im itching to play quake 3
