omni831
I have a question...there are usb adapters such as this one, that offer a soft ap but arent part of the rt2500/2560 chipset. Will the ds work with any soft ap or does it still have to be a rt2500 card?

omni831
Learn to read.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Do you feel better now? I am well aware that it has the softAP feature, but i was unsure if all softAP's work the same or if the DS only interacts with the rt2500. Thus, I asked a question. I prostrate myself before you and ask for forgiveness, Mr. Snowflake. You are the greatest living man alive and I pale in comparison. p.s. Learning to read is harder than i thought
Mr Snowflake
Ok, I'm sorry. I was frustrated from another board with kids not reading a couple posts above. The DS should connect with all AP's, including non RT2500. So if you have any kind of access point supporting 802.11b or g it should work!

Mr Snowflake
I think almost everybody is hoping to find softAP drivers for its wifi card. Luckilly I didn't have any wireless network, so now I have an all rt2500 network . Ralink must earn tons of the DS Dev community
