Jjangthekid
The title got cut off but for those who are able to type in different languages on any program, could you help me? So for Windows XP, you can install different fonts and different languages right? However I don't seem to be able to type in my language when a program is up. For example I would switch to Korean and then start Starcraft or any other type of game, and I can't type in Korean. I heard that there was a patch to it, do any of you guys know about it? Thanks in advance.

Agozer
You'd pretty much need a korean keyboard, or alternatively, a conversion program such as something that would change phonetic typing into korean writing. I use such a program for japanese/chinese. A word processor to be exact.
ken_cinder
If a program doesn't support Unicode, you will ONLY be able to type in the language that the operating system uses for it's codepage. The only way around this, is if the program can't be patched for Unicode.
Samurai Edge
I have the same question too. I can type Chinese in browsers, word pads using the XP typer, but when it comes to full screen games I can't. But there are people who used Chinese IGNs. someboddy
I belive that those games use their own font files, which don't contain Korean letters.
KyoKusanagi
Some games doesn't just support IME.Those games has native fonts, unless it is LOCALIZED. Some games that uses windows objects, such as textbox, they support IME. But in most cases, if IME does work,it will only display some ??? as a representation of the character/symbol. Just see what default font face does a game uses,so you may know if it does support east asian characters.i.e. Arial Unicode, MS Mincho etc.
