Cominus Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 Game cop are you like spaming, you got like 10 threads open on the first page of the "lounge". Why the hell was it changed?
Agozer Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 Well done or medium well. That's how a steak should be.
ken_cinder Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 Steak should be rare, or medium rare. Anything more is overcooked and too damn dry. Underdone and still practically saying "Moo!" is gross, I cannot understand why rich people seem to think Prime Rib is the sh!t. I had a company BBQ where it was catered, we had Prime Rib.......everyone complained and asked that there never be catering again.
Inky Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 you guys are wasting good steaks burning the hell out of them.medium rare for me. when it comes to ground beef year cook it all the way. but with a steak anything beyond medium rare ruines it IMO.

Gryph Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 I've never had a steak but when I do I hear that medium rare is the way to go.
DeathGodX Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 i also like my meat medium raremedium rare all they way
ken_cinder Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 I've never had a steak but when I do I hear that medium rare is the way to go. Is that by choice, or are you just deprived? You have no idea what you're missing (Provided the steak is a good cut, I've had penty of garbage steaks that should have made it into the ground beef pile.......)
