Elazul Yagami
http://www.twistedpolygon.net/content/view/111/50 edit: Jack Thompson announced on the 21 December that he has purchased stock in Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO). The news came as a shock, but it appears that Thompson isn't out to make a profit from the stock. Rather, Thompson bought the stock so he could attend Take-Two's shareholders' meetings. At the meeting, Thompson plans to raise the issue of Take-Two CEO Paul Eibeler causing Take-Two's stock to fall through "catastrophic corporate governance." Attending a shareholders meeting is not a new tactic for Jack Thompson. In 1992, Thompson went to a Time Warner shareholders' meeting with Charlton Heston. Thompson saw a great success there, and recounts it in his book Out Of Harm's Way. Edited December 25, 2005 by Elazul Yagami

Gryph
The sad thing is is that this is a smart move on his part. They can't bar him from any meetings. They should make exceptions though.

Sure, videogames are the root of all evil, they can turn any kid into a mindless killer after all... Who needs rock-solid proof when one can whip up the GTA Defence? VinceJ
The only tactic the company can do is to make the meetings REALLY, REALLY BORING.
