Mslug5 Problem

Sorry it's a adding code problem!!!

 

Been around the site & thought id add the code for mslug5, i know the stickys are abit out of date (admin, how about updating the stickys)

 

anyway

 

after compile i get these errors

im using this driver init

 

DRIVER_INIT( mslug5 )
