Game Crashes

I've been playing The Sims2 for a while now for the Nintendo DS but all of a sudden when i choose to go into my Pocket in the game it just crashes/freezes up and i cant do anything but turn the ds off.

 

I can play the game anywere but whenever i seem to go into my pocket it just crashes.

 

Does anyone have any advice or reasons why its doing this, and how to fix it.

Yes the real Nintendo DS.. like the one you would hold in ur hand

You might have a faulty cart.

Corrupt EPROM (SRAM, w/e the DS carts use)? It's probably gonna suck, but erase all save data from the cart and then give it a go.

OK ill try deleting the save game and giving it a go.. ill let you know soon

deleting and starting again worked!
