garyoak99
I have a certain problem with a directory and/or program. The directory is supposedly only 13.5 MB. When I go to add/remove programs; it says 1.668 Gigabytes for each of its two components! One component is its main program and the other is its expansion pack. I have also used system restore to reverse the disabling of the keyboard drivers. When I remove it using the add/remove programs menu, shut off my PC, leave it off for 5 minutes and then start it up again; my keyboard stops working! I check the drivers and then I see that my keyboard driver has been disabled! The same thing happens when I try to delete the directory of this program! I've used the same program with my old computer and its PS/2 keyboard and this problem has never happened before! 1. What is the actual size this program is taking up on my hard drive? 2. Any idea what could be disabling my USB keyboard driver? 3. Is there a way to un-install or get rid of the program's directory without disabling my keyboard driver? garyoak99
I found the solution to it though. It involves downloading a file named npkcusb.sys and putting it into a certain directory. The interesting thing is I'm not sure what this file does yet. Any idea what the file does exactly?
