It's a rumor. But seeing how were talking about Nintendo, they might port or make a brand new SSBM for DS. Which would no doubt have some sort of connectivity too Rev.

Faked. Easily possible by taking a screenshot of the game running in an emulator, cropping it to 256x192, and then placing it in an image viewer on the DS.

 

Also see the lack of Point texture filtering. An obvious sign of a fake.

Were is the hud on that picture? But I don't doubt for a second that eventually Nintendo will eventually release something smash brothers related to the ds.

Dual Soft (http://dual-soft.com) was planning to make an SSB DS but were send a cease and desist letter.

That should prove to be pretty kick ass if they add new characters with wifi play and regular multiplayer. I cant wait to get a DS i'm saving up for that and Resident Evil Deadly Silence..cant wait.
