iganokage
Nice! Looking very promising, and also very nicely edited video. I'm not sure if I fully understand the "note: actual gameplay footage not shown" tho... was that video made from gameplay in the emu and then sped up to ~30fps? Or am I totally off... edit: ah, news seems to have been changed and the change answers my question Edited February 3, 2006 by iganokage
Agozer
Nice! Looking very promising, and also very nicely edited video. I'm not sure if I fully understand the "note: actual gameplay footage not shown" tho... was that video made from gameplay in the emu and then sped up to ~30fps? Or am I totally off...It says actual emulated speed not shown. Yes, the emulation was recorded, then sped up.
iganokage
Actually, it previously said "actual gameplay footage" and it was edited on that line to what it says currently. Hence my edit above in my reply
CKemu
Indeed, when I posted the news I was in abit of a hurry as I had some work to get out on deadline, noticed that sentance could be 'mis-read' pretty easily, so changed it, then where I had posted the news on emu64 / ngemu / 1emu I edited my posts, of course some people would of seen and replied to the old news post. Most games ran at sub 20 FPS, when GSdx records video it simply takes each frame, drops it into the AVI and it gets played back at 'correct' speeds, GSdx does not take into consideration how long the frame was on screen during emulation, if that was teh case you'd be looking at ~1h of footage
