Any Good Replacement For This Mobo?

I just recieved the following

 

Pentium D 820 ( 2.8 )

Intel D945Psn Motherboard

 

I got these at a discount because i work for a retailer that sells Intel products........Anyways i really dont care for Intel Motherboards......This will be the 5th machine i have built.......I am guessing that i wanna replace it with another 945 chipset motherboard.......Do you guys have any suggestions.....I am pretty smart with computers......probably 85% of people i know more then them......but hardware still is a hard subject for me

Thanks for any opinions.....After cooking the processor to 400 degrees on my 3rd build..... I am thinking of Replacing the stock Heatsink with this heatsink
