motherboard recommendations?

Which is a reliable good performing motherboard i can use for a P4 775 3.0GHz, along with a geforce 6800GS and 1G Corsair DDR400.

 

and with the above setup what would be the ideal power supply? 450w? 550w?

just another q's.. should i upgrade to the 1G kingston DDR2 PC4200 DDR533? from the current DDR400? if so which motherboard is best?
