Ezel
I bought a Nintendo USB WIFI just for use with homebrews. It works for me using this (quite difficult) guide. Thankfully, once one gone through the setup the USB-dongle is just simple plug and play. http://forum.gbadev.org/viewtopic.php?p=64608#64608 I run my wireless stuff unencrypted but have limited the access to it to just my NDS with a MAC-adress filter so eventhough it might be possible to sniff my wireless-communication atleast ppl can't use my internetconnection without premission. And let's hope hombrew-encryption will be done soon. I've tried the homebrews WIN2DS, DS2KEY, Pointyremote and they all worked. I've also run MarioKartDS (rom) over the internet against a bunch of unknown ppl. It worked too although I suck at mariokart and finished last all the time Mvh: Ezel... parrot
But can I use it with a computer (as in, connecting a laptop to the Nintendo USB thing)?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> It pretends to be an AP. If it pretends to be an AP anything that will connect to an AP will connect to it.
Kjøll
I tried this, but I think that I installed the driver wrong. Can someone explain me how to do that? When installing he's asking for a file, I think from the Nintendo cd.
