xmame/xmess 0.104

This isn't a very exciting release in terms of xmame/xmess-specific changes, but I'm sure the usual improvements from MAME and MESS will be welcome.

 

* Everything from MAME 0.104 (changes-mame.html) and MESS 0.104 (changes-mess.html).

 

* The "-Wdeclaration-after-statement" switch is no longer enabled by default in the makefile, since it's only available in GCC 3.4 and later.

 

* Performing "make install" now installs tools such as romcmp and chdman.
