There is a group of fan subbers for varuis legal anime.

 

Bleach is lunar (this site is on the bleac thread 1st post).

 

Btw, don't expect to find anything that has been published in america on there, I think it's considered illegal so most fansubbers pull them out of there project list once they come here.

I might be wrong, but I thnks what darken is really asking is a site tht hosts subtitle files, not fansubs per se.

i too think he's asking for a subtitle file (soft sub,i heard people say) and not the ones that are part of the video(u can't remove) anyway i do not know of any sites that host anime subtitles

Yes, infact thats what were talking about. Soft Subs, you can open said SRT files with notepad and read em.
