Many congrats to sypherce and also to sgstair for making all of this possible. Atleast I don't think so. It's not they're doing anything illegal. For the 1Emu community, it may mean more work from the mods.

Its not like the media didn't speak homebrew before (I even read in the newspaper that darkfaders trojan, if I can call it that, was a hentai viewer and that was a well respected dutch newspaper...)
