ZOMG SUSE 10!

Yeah so after waiting like 5 months out of pure lazyness i installed it. and im on it now....yay...

 

2 questions, How do i share internet through my other NIC? (ICS for windows) Do i install a DHCP server or something?

 

and uhhh like what should i get? Is kTorrent really all that good for torrents and stuff? Whats a good media player? (An EQ is a must, or some kind of sound enhancement)

 

Other than that everything seems awesome (cept for i have to update this crap firefox 1.0.6 lol)

grrr, those sites are awesome for anything but Suse, its almost impossible to find any support for Suse 10, or even any suse, im switching to Debian >_<

 

Suse is awesome though if you know what your doing, which i really dont lol

Linux is Linux at the core foo. If you can't figure it out from any of those pages, it won't make a difference what distro you're running.

yeah but its not just that, i have a few other problems too and i have to install certain suse rpms which i cant find because they are especially for suse (i dont know crap about compiling myself) im a n00b at linux, once its set up i can use it, but i have no clue on how to set it up myself

I think you have to install the option when you install the OS. Not sure how to add it after that. But then I used an old version of SUSE.
