How to play a .rar file

I finally got the Rurouni KEnshin Fighting Game but I don't know how to play a .rar file. Is there a pluggin or a certain emulator I need. LMK Thanks!

Eh, I remember a day when I didn't know what a .rar file was. I have a pretty good memory though, and there was no google then. I could, however, have told you how to use pkunzip left right and backwards.

But WinRAR is a bit tedious to use... I can understand one's confusion.

OK, not reading the rules and asking for links to iso's is almost as stupid as not knowing what a rar file is.
