Anyways when i looked it was an american Quarter dollar. There a picture of a guy on it and it says Liberty and In god we trust. On the other sideisvirginnia 1788jamestown1007-2007the date i think is 2000And latin is underneath it stating E pluribus unum. Posted May 22, 2003 Share Posted May 22, 2003 yah, those are special quarters that the mint put out. one for each of the 50 states. some people collect em because they beleive they will be worth more later on. you should keep it, cause one day, it may be worth a whole 50 cents. Somewhere, I have some kind of coin from the uk...but i don't know where it is at the moment so I cant tell ya what it says. I also have a ton of Canadian quarters aswell.
