need some info on NeoCD PS2

Do i use nero or CDgen to burn this? I have all the files listed below and need to know if i'm missing anything else to do. Do I use the same methond like the snes emulator for ps2, make an image file and but it.

 

neocd folder - what is this for? do i put my roms in here?

i personally use nero's express option and make a simple data cd and it works fine on my ps2 without touching the settings
