Isn't it already allowed to be linked to them, as long as the content you uploaded and sharing is legaly allowed to be shared?

 

Also, I see a mass attacks of megaupload links directed toward porn and roms. Bad idea.

As long as the files you're linking to are LEGAL, I see no problem.
