The daily show made a funny on the entire situation by saying the reason the mexican government did that was to get a equal amount of people coming in and out of the state.

Pardon me if this somehow becomes a legalizing drugs issue but I'm just going to say let the potheads do as they wish. They can go down there if they want and get w/e.

 

I should watch the daily show more often. It's pretty good giving satirical comments on current events

For all intents and purposes, it's practically legal to have small amounts of pot in southern california. I don't really see any big pothead exodus to mexico happening. It's the harder drugs that will be the issue. Tijuana just got that much more seedy.
