So i got my psp today

its a very neat and practical machine i just got the one with the 2.01 firmware and i cant find any hacks or downgrades for that so if any one can help let me know. other wise it will prolly go back to the store.

Get GTA. Install the cheat device, or Fanjita's loader or something. THat should get you into homebrew.

Or go get those great games like Syphon Filter (if you like espionage type FPS), fighting games (GGXX, SFA4 Max, or you can wait for Tekken), platform game (Megaman Powered Up) or Monster Hunter Freedom.

Did you not look at the graph posted above? It is NOT possible to downgrade 2.01. However, with Fanjita's Homebrew Loader and a copy of GTA, you can still play homebrew.

can you not upgrade to 2.5 then downgrade from 2.5 -> 2 now and then 2 -> 1.5 ? i got one at launch so original 1.5 for me.
