i l l m a t i c Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 AN INQUIRER READER attending a conference in Japan was sat just feet away from a laptop computer that suddenly exploded into flames, in what could have been a deadly accident. http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=32550
Weirdy Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 (edited) maybe it had secret govt. documents in the hd Edited June 21, 2006 by Weirdy
Agozer Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 I find it quite ironic and funny that the computer in question was a Dell. Still, good thing no one was hurt.
Robert Posted June 24, 2006 Posted June 24, 2006 The laptop was meant for Mission Impossible! This laptop will SELF-DESTRUCT in 10 seconds! Sort of defeats the purpose of putting a laptop in your lap... owww
dragon_master_111 Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 it stinks to be him...it was payback for buying a dell
ken_cinder Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 What I find funny that the rest of you are missing, is that those pictures were able to be taken of it exploding. Care to tell how one gets pictures like that with something unexpected? That's like 1 in a BILLION timing right there. Then theres the guy in the second pic still typing away (Possibly being the one making the thing explode remotely, seeing as he just so happens to be right beside the guy with the camera?)Not to mention, why is that particular laptop on a table all by itself? You can clearly see there aren't even any other chairs nearby in the pictures. STAGED!
