Cominus
Yeah I just recently bought my g/f a puppy pit bull. Does anybody know anything about them, like what to do with them, what not to do with them?
i l l m a t i c
from my experience, they're harder to train, but trainable. Supposely, compared to other dogs they are more overly aggressive, but i dont see any difference.
ken_cinder
Don't know much about them other than the fact they're illegal in Canada now. No more breeding/buying allowed. Current dogs must wear muzzles, and anyone found with their dog not wearing one is fined.
Cominus
From what I've been reading online they all say that it's actually a good dog if trained from an early age, he's about 2-3 months. He's like "tiger stripped". I love his coat. I'll try getting some pictures of him when I get a chance. MY g/f mom and her husband walk him around the near by school and stuff. I wanna get him good food and stuff. I wanna make him really big and buff. Im like excited about his size but yet nervous in another way, cuz you never know. I'ma buy him a muzzle eventually though. I think they're banned from places becuase even though they are a particular "fighting breed" I think people just dont properly train them, and they dont try and develope good habits for the dog.
