Agozer Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 They're not really plugins at all. They're GLSL Shader programs to be used with Pete's OpenGL2 plugin. Plus, they're not really cel-shaded, but try to imitate it (sometimes poorly, so you are not going to get a "true" cel-shaded look).
