FSK! Monitor Network usage on Processes?

Is there some program i can use to tell which process is using what amount of bandwidth? The reason why i ask, is because something is using all my bandwidth up (uploading) constantly! and uTorrent and Bearshare Pro arent even open, so i have no idea what it is

Sounds like a trojan is mounting a denial-of-service attack on some unfortunate site!

i dunno what it was doing, but Peerguardian was blocking all kinds of weird crap, maybe hosting some file?

 

anyway, i just used my HDD image disc im so glad i made (and didnt lose anything because of my second HDD! yay! soooo useful)
