The_Ape64 Posted June 15, 2003 Posted June 15, 2003 Hi, i'm new and wondering who here also uses www.arcadeathome.com
Diso Posted June 15, 2003 Posted June 15, 2003 I was from A@H but i was so afraid to post because i knew that i would get flamed or something like that.
hairytash Posted June 15, 2003 Posted June 15, 2003 I post at A@H occasionaly but I prefer it here its a much friendlier forum.
emsley Posted June 15, 2003 Posted June 15, 2003 I used to post at advert at hopme but i got banned for spamming...Which to this day is a strange thing because i used to help more than anything.
SgtSarros Posted June 16, 2003 Posted June 16, 2003 I'm sorry to say I was from Politics At Home at one time.. But I learned there are OTHER places to be insulted at.. so I came here instead =)
nicknicknickandnick Posted June 16, 2003 Posted June 16, 2003 That was one of my first forums. The ads popping up, then scrolling at the side, then crawling across the screen really bugged the hell out of me. Also, the general forum was bitchy. I'd like to get back there eventually, though, if the ad flood retreats some.
baboulas Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 the first forum i joined was A@H a loong time ago, and then....I found formaly emulforums and now! 1emulation.com!!
JuMeSyn Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 I heard bad stuff from that Place, I´ll stay away from it for now
Max Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 I posted there but the unbearable ads (crashed me computer several times) and constant pointless threads and flames, really killed it for me.
Baseley09 Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 Wimps I hail from that place, but i like here too. I think as people get older (me included) slower & friendlier places become more appealing. Not that i'm old
emsley Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 You liar!! Baseley is 42 and dont let him tell you otherwise
