Linking GBA on NDS

is there ANY way possable to link a GBA game from DS to DS, i've tried the conventional way, but that doesnt work, is it possable to make a program to download to the DS that loads the current GBA cartrage and is able to comunicate the linking data through the DS wifi, the program can translate the DS wifi signal to a fake GBA wire link signal for the GBA game is it possable?

 

im still not sure why they just didnt make the DS capable of doing this in the first place..
