* Optimisations to screensaver when it can't run

* Fixes no games found issue when loading emulators in the background

* Temporarily - Default themes are not dlownloaded when installing by default

* Log file now shows CPU Information

* Fixes Randomization issue with the screensaver

* Faster loading of emulators

* Faster startup time. I don't even see the loading screen now mostly

* Faster return from games

* Optimized loading of emulators in background. Should also not slow down GameEx too much on older CPUs
