Maybe you're in need of the TCP sockets patch for XP? (I forget how many sockets SP2 is limited too, I think like 10) Your client will also only allow so many connections per torrent. By default, Azureus limits me to far less than my connection can handle. But that's how it is in this country. that is slow even my upload speed is faster than your download speed.
