MAME Plus! 0.108u3 (we should call it 'MAME plus games' ; )

* added an option to let the user choose the preferred driver combinations

 

- MAME (same as official, except for 3 more neogeo bioses and samsho5b, default)

- MAME Plus! (additional arcade bootlegs/hacks, CPS1 Changer, default)

- Homebrew (vantris, neogeo demos)

- Neogeo Decrypted

- Non-CPU (pong, monaco)

- HazeMD (MegaDrive, SMS)

1. this option is in 'Default Game Options - Misc - Driver options'

2. this option requires a GUI restart

3. mamep exports rom data to external tools as per this option

* updated to HazeMD v0.07a

* added back 'pong' to Non-CPU games

* GUI: fixed the position of search edit control [regret]

* (unofficial) catlist v0.108u2 [s_bastian]

* added some visual effects .png files [mame32qa]

Added a couple of new games this time around, but I’ve pretty much exhausted the lines of enquiry with MPU4.
