My PC configaration is Pentium IV,1.6 GH Processor,512 RAM,NVIDIA GEFORCE FX 5500 128 MB AGP.Can I run KOF XI in my PC using PS2 emulator?

Heh, can you say "slide show"? Technically, you could play it with just about any speed computer, it's just a matter of how many frames per second you will get. Ps2 emulation is still young, to get any kind of decent speed, you need a top of the line computer.
