Firmwares 3.00 AND 3.01 Dumped and Decrypted!

Well, Noobz has done it again! After just 2 days of 3.00 being released, and less than one of 3.01, Noobz has created a mod for the PSPPet's PSARDumper that will decrypt all known firmware update PSARs. Just extract the PSAR from the EBOOT in the usual way, copy it to ms0:/data.psar, and run the dumper.
