I'm trying to complete my metal slug collection but 4 and 5 are dieing in me with mvspsp 1.51

Dudes and dudettes i can't seem to get my metal slug 4 and 5 working in mvspsp 1.51 on my psp what settings get it going correctly or am i missing pieces of this rom puzzle......HELP

thanks dude i know i gotta be patient while i was gone for that minute and a half i got it working but it just freezes and then goes back to the title, maybe i just need some sleep. but if they they find anything i'm sure they will help a fellow hack master, ok not master but pretty good not to brick this thing i do alot of research first

You need to make sure that your slug4 and 5 are MAME romsets and that you drop them into the converting program on your pc and move the cache files over to your psp.

anyone know if there is a compatibility list anywhere for MVSpsp like the one on maxconsole for cps2 games? or do all the games work but they just have to be mame dumps?

What version of MVS2PSP?

What exactly doesnt work? They dont start? Dont show up on the list? What?

What are the set names and sizes (mslug5.zip? etc.) and the cache file names (mslug5_cache.zip, a directory with files in it?)?
