You have to pay the same style you pay for an mmo, but it's not an mmo. You are just paying to play online. O, and the so called "updates", aren't updates, all the files being "updated" near the future are just files that are already pre-set in the game and instead of being set to "no can't access" in the coding will be set to "yipee rip-off fun".
