Please recommend a media player for the PS2

I want to burn some video files for my friend, and I'm not too familiar with PS2 software...

 

Oh, and how do I burn it? Do I need to just burn the files, or do I need to make a PS2 ISO via a special program? If so, what is the name of such a program?

Just burn the video files to a DVD like you would for any other DVD player. All the videos I've burned have worked on my PS2 as well as my DVD player.

if you want to keep them in DivX format, and the console isnt modded/you dont have swap discs, ive heard that Action Replay MAX works really well (you can buy it in stores)

Wow that PS2 media player on that site actully plays the video for the Ace Combat 4 game! (Just no sound. )

be careful with that link, im not totally positive on if thats breaking any rules (The mod-chip BIOSes is more what im worried about, that and it looks like one of those media players was commercially developed) so i'll let another mod take care of it
