Favorite Character's "Ultimate"/Powerup

Like along the lines of Sonic's "Super Sonic Mode" and Mega Man X Full armor set, What are your favorite "ultimate" in characters whereas you work towards getting a powerful item/ability/upgrade? These could also be secrets. (Probably not the best word to say it)

 

I would say my favorites Include:

 

Getting Alex to become a Dragonmaster (Lunar TSS Complete)

Getting Full upgrades on the Dispersion Pistol in The original Unreal (Haha Fun)

Sonic's Super Sonic Mode (Cheap as hell. Invincinbility, move faster, instant kill)

Getting the Frying Pan in Fable

Getting the hero set for Pierre in Chrono Cross

Teaching Edward how to be "stronger" in FF4 although it did nothing

Getting the Masamune for Frog in Chrono Trigger

Getting the dual Einlanzers for Glenn in Chrono Cross

 

and last but not least

I don't think any game where the gameplay is based around doing things you hate doing in real life can really qualify for this

- Getting Super Sonic in Sonic 2, Sonic 3 (& Knuckles), and Sonic R.

- Getting the Apple and J.J. in Zillion (as well as the final Zillion gun power-up).

- Getting all the craziest combinations armor, weapons, etc. in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight.
